Day 2th. / in July: Zagreb with local guide
     
zagreb   Breakfast in hotel, then a half day visit capital town with a local guide. Experience the city through the past and present of the city where the myths and legends of Zagreb will be told.Sights sucht the Zagreb Cathedral, the oldest pharmacy in Kamenita Street, Stone Gate, favorite Dolac market where are "the old ladies", called kumice, selling their products, the Uper Town with a Church of St. Mark, the building of the Croatian Parliamnet, tower Lotršak with the Grički top daily shot at noon. In the Lower Town famous monument to Ban Jelečić and fontane Mandruševac. Return to hotel, dinner, overnight.
     
Day 3th. / in July: Zagreb-Varaždin-Trakoščan
     
trakoscan   After breakfast a whole day visit to Varaždin town and Trakoščan castle. See the authentic museum exhibition representing the original ambient and function. Imagine and enjoy well presented periods from 13th century to Baroque, Rococo and Classicism. Stroll the most beautiful formed and maintained parks in Croatia with rich vegetation and fascinating panorama. After Trakoščan castle, visit baroque city Varazdin – also called "Little Vienna". Varazdin is the city of music, baroque and flowers. Enjoy rich history and culture of the town and its many Baroque palaces, churches and monasteries. Relax while walking through one of numerous city parks and gardens. Varazdin is a city where even the cemetery is an architectural pearl. Back to Zagreb in hotel, dinner, overnight.
     
Day 4th. / in July: Zagreb-Pula-Buzet

Visit Amphitheater; the most famous and important monument, the starting and ending point of every sightseeing tour is the Amphitheater, popularly called the Arena of Pula, which was once the site of gladiator fights. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, at the same time as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Free time until dinner, overnight in hotel.
     
Day 5th. / in July: Buzet-Pazin-Roč-Hum-Rijeka
     
hum-stadt   Breakfast in hotel. Further exploring the picturesque medieval Istrian towns with guide. Visiting the old town of Buzet, situated on a 150-meter-high hill overlooking the fertile Mirna valley. Buzet is also known as the "City of Truffles" since it is situated in an area rich in this highly prized underground mushrooms. Departure to Roč, hilltop town surrounded by defensive walls which was mentioned for the first time in 1064 and Hum, "The smallest town in the world", also the final point of the famous monument complex known as the Glagolitic Lane commemorating the importance of Glagolitic literature. Last stop is in Pazin, situated in the very centre of Istrian peninsula, known for its Castle – the biggest and the best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria. Going to Rijeka, overnight in hotel.
     
Day 6th. / in July: Rijeka-Bakar-Senj-Rijeka
     
naval battle bakar   Breakfast in hotel. Drivig to Bakar. As part of Margaret's fight in Bakar is reflected spectacular "naval battle" to celebrate the Day of the City.
This is a reconstruction of the historic naval attack, when the Venetians back in 1616 for the last time unsuccessfully tried to conquer Copper.
The battle involved the old sailing ships (Clement, Avalon and old Ivo) equipped with pyrotechnics and members of the historic Croatian Army units from all parts of the Croatian as defenders of the city. With shots with sailing ships and guns, holster and guns from the coast, the fiery torches, water bombs and smoke effects, originality experience of real sea battle is surely guaranteed. The event ends with magnificent fireworks and festivities into the night. Visit Senj and it's famoust fortress Nehaj. It was built by Uskoci, for defence against the Turks during the wars. Back to Rijeka, overnight.
     
Day 7th. / in July: Rijeka-Zagreb

After breakfast, back to Zagreb. End of the tour.
